We had a great experience with Val. He did an excellent job at staying in communication and giving us videos and reading material to help connect the dots that he was teaching. It was evident very quickly that Val has a wealth of knowledge and experience in many dog training situations. I noticed a positive change in my dogs within the first week of training. Val has given me the confidence which has now helped give my dogs confidence and guidance. My dogs look to me as their leader now instead of them trying to lead me. My Jack Russell was terrified of loud noises before we met Val. Val was able to help us understand what the dog is going through which intern helped us start to desensitize our dog from loud noises. It’s made a huge positive impact in how our dog reacts now. My Chihuahua mix came to us at a year and a half old. We had no history of what her early life was like, but it was evident that she had some past traumas and bad habits. Val gave us the tools to help her become a more confident and obedient dog. In summary, we all benefited from having Val train in a calm, understanding, and positive manner.

Val absolutely deserves all five stars. I learned more from him in a short time than I ever expected. His guidance was clear, patient, and genuinely thoughtful. He didn’t just teach dog training — he taught me how to be a stronger, more confident leader for my dog. Remi is already improving because of the work we did together, and I’m improving right along with him. His calm manner is an asset for any dog. Encourages questions and he makes certain you understand not only how to achieve desired behavior, but also why. If you want someone who truly understands dogs and teaches in a way that sticks, Val is the one.
