William was our trainer for Max’s 14-week service dog program, and we are beyond grateful for his guidance. He is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job explaining how dogs think, learn, and what they truly need to succeed. I learned so much throughout this process and grew into a confident handler because of his coaching. Max now has excellent manners, and I can take him anywhere with confidence. I’ve been working with Daviel for the past 3 months with my husky, Naya, who is about to turn 9 next month, and this has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made. I’ve done training before and paid three times as much without seeing these kinds of results. Within the first few weeks, she stopped pulling on walks and became much less reactive. Walks used to be stressful, and now we can actually enjoy them together.
