K9.5 Training Academy

I took my dog Chance to K9 Training Academy's day play to get him (and myself) used to being there for boarding as I was going on vacation. He was not only well taken care of but loved too. He came out of his shell and played with other dogs and had a blast. It helped to have videos and pictures sent to me while he was on his "doggy vaca". He looked so happy that it put me at ease. K9 Training Academy is homey, clean, and just a top notch facility. We will be back!

We have boarded our 2 dogs (Riley and Mav) for over 2 years now at K9.5 on various occasions. We have been incredibly happy with each experience we have had and always have responsive communication. Previously we would have only trusted family watch them due to protectiveness of our dogs as we had a uneasy feeling from previous boarding experiences but from our very first visit K9.5 has felt like family, we no longer stare at a video screen on our trips and worry, as we know our dogs are safe. Even our anxious dog perks up while there and eats well during her entire stay (she had a history of not eating for days when staying with family from anxiousness). The dogs get individualized attention that works best for each of their personalities and even fun report cards to document their stays. They have also built continued trust with our dogs so now we also add in a nail trim appointment which previously required a full sedation at the vet as it provoked fear in one of our dogs. I could go on and on about the value that K9.5 has added to our community, I truly feel like this business is "family first" and loves every dog client as if they were their own.

I’ve taken my puppy Groot here a few times now, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff truly goes above and beyond. They send report cards after each visit, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs they look after. Groot always comes home happy and well taken care of. On top of that, they’re extremely flexible and communicative, which makes scheduling and drop off so easy. I feel completely comfortable leaving him in their hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring daycare or boarding facility.
