K9 Academy Training Facility

Had to cancel our appointment and was given attitude. With the recent dog influenza outbreaks, we wanted to make sure our pup was FULLY vaccinated before he started classes, like the website said. When we called to cancel the owner was disrespectful, rude, and unempathetic. She was more concerned about money than the well being of our dog. Will not be spending my money here if that’s how we are treated.

I can't give any higher praise than to say K-9 Academy is the ONLY training facility I will ever take my dogs to. I took my previous rescue dog, a Border Collie/German Shepherd to them years ago, and the training transformed him from an aggressive, crazy dog to an obedient good citizen. My current dog and I just finished the beginning class, and the difference in her from the first day to the last day is nothing short of miraculous. She's an 8 year old rescue, and whoever said old dogs can't learn new tricks never took their dog to K-9 Academy. Their training system is methodical and systematic, and you have to work with your dog outside of the classroom, so you will have homework, but that's where the magic happens. This training works, PERIOD.
