Our puppy Leia had all the puppy problems (biting furniture, jumping on my husband and I and guest, pulling on her leash, choosing when she wanted to listen to us and when she wanted to eat her food, etc...) . I can now say which such happiness and excitement that she now does none of the above. Rubin was sooo great with her ! He really helped her control all that puppy excitement and provided my husband and I with more incite to better understand her as well as give us the tools we needed to help her get to the point she’s at today. From the beginning K9 advisors have made the task of training my puppy nice and smooth. The real hero in all of this was the trainer they sent over; his name is Ruben. Ruben is always punctual and communicative on everything and anything we do concerning the puppy training. Overall great service and I will be recommending it to any friend or family member looking to train their puppy.

Hiring a trainer has been the best decision ever! My dog is amazing and we learnt so much from Adam our trainer! - we loved his approach, which is based on positive reinforcement! - he was energetic, knowledgeable, confident! And we felt so safe with him! Our dog adores him too!

We had a great experience with Ruben from K9 Advisors. We have a very stubborn Shar Pei pup named Sherman, however Ruben was very patient and good with him and very thorough in teaching us how to handle Sherman misbehaviors. Ruben was very informative, professional and most of all he also worked with our kids by allowing them to be part of Sherman’s training experience. Happy to say Sherman is progressing very well. We will continue to use all the techniques that we were taught.

Ruben was amazing with my 3 year old rottweiler, Buddha. Buddha had some behaviors to fix such as bone aggression and pulling on the leash. Ruben did a great job explaining the psychological aspect of certain behaviors in dogs, and it made it significantly easier to continue practicing with Buddha when Ruben wasn't around. Ruben would show me the proper way to correct Buddha and would always coach me when it was my turn to try. He not only shared positive reinforcement with Buddha when Buddha listened to a command, but he did so with me too so that I would feel more confident in my handling of Buddha.
Overall, I highly recommend K9 Advisors and especially Ruben!
