K9 Avengers LLC

We used K9 avengers NV(Kevin) to train our puppy after a recommendation by someone we knew. I will fully admit at the time we weren’t very knowledgeable in dog training and what it entails. We paid for the 4 week puppy training, which included the puppy rule of 12, basic obedience, crate/potty training. Prior to and through out the 4 weeks, we were assured what would be and was being trained. Only to get a fairly well socialized puppy, that was fearful of crates, had no potty training, was not used to wearing a collar or leash, had zero leash walking, and the only obedience command known was “pfui”. After a couple weeks at home and subsequently reaching out/working with another trainer and realizing it wasn’t that she just didn’t grasp the prior training, but it was fairly obvious that she had none I let Kevin know what was going on in a long message. I highlighted what he had told us, what we expected, and finally what we got and that no we were not satisfied with the training because to us it really seemed as if she had no training at all. The messages I received in return called me rude, blamed me for the issues we were experiencing, and then later accused me of not paying in full. Because of the nature of the responses I never replied but later realized he had also deleted and blocked me. Since then I have continued working with another trainer online and have continued educating myself on dog training and have learned quite a few things that were done with my dog that should never be done with a puppy, such as: free feeding, and free roaming. Also many things I was told just didn’t quite make sense and continue to make me question the validity of training, certifications, and education he is claiming to have. He ended up having the mutual contact send me a website of another online trainer that I would have to pay for. I highly recommend doing some type of research before using this individual.
