The dog trainers at K9CA offer more than the typical dog classes. We teach competitive dog obedience, but we also offer companion dog training/activities for the everyday dog lovers!
We teach competitive dog sports, dog/puppy manners, loose-leash walking skills, and the most essential: a recall. We have unique classes/events you won’t find anywhere else in the Winston-Salem area, for example: Dog Rodeo, Sniffaris, Barkour. We even have online ZOOM lessons.
K9CA doesn’t believe in one-method-fits-all approach. We train YOU to train your dog! The K9CA coaches have decades of training experience to help find the best learning techniques for you and your dog. We also offer private and drop-off training.

I am a first time dog owner, and have felt incredibly supported by the trainers at this facility. I have a very challenging golden doodle, but the trainers have encouraged me every step of the way. They truly are just one text away anytime you have questions or concerns about your dog! I have learned so much through this process, and I cannot recommend them enough!!

Stephanie’s classes are small and well organized for teaching your puppy new skills and commands. She demonstrates and then you practice under her supervision. I’ve taken two classes with Stephanie and will come back for more in a few months.

I started with the trainers at K9CA when my dog was 3 months old. She is now 3 years old. I have an Old English Sheepdog who is not the most responsive to training, but each trainer offered great suggestions and encouragement. My dog has been in multiple classes and each trainer is fantastic!!! I call the them “dog whisperers”. The opened a beautiful training facility. I highly recommend you use them if you are looking for a great training experience!
