Our experience with K9 Conditioning has been amazing. We sent our working line German Shepherd puppy for 4 weeks of puppy obedience training. Stephen sent us videos everyday on our dogs progress, gave us great food advice, and we were also able to train in person with our dog. You can tell that this isn't an "all about the money," company. They truly believe in dog health, obedience, neutrality. I cannot recommend enough, and we will be bringing our dog back.

When my dad passed in November 2022 I inherited his red nose pitbull, Leroy. He entered our home and I noticed he had some unsavory behaviors that I was not capable of dealing with, such as resource guarding, jumping, dangerous reactivity, and a few others. After I became pregnant I knew that Leroy needed professional help. That’s when I reached out to Stephen at K9 Conditioning. I explained my position and that I would love to keep Leroy but couldn’t if these issues weren’t fix or managed. Stephen recommended a 30 day board and training program for Leroy. I was incredibly nervous to send this dog that I had grown to love to a strange man for conditioning, but as I got know Stephen those worries melted away. It became clear that Stephen loves dogs and is truly passionate about his chosen profession. On day one, Stephen started building rapport with Leroy before moving on to training. When training started, Leroy caught on quickly and was eager to learn. For Leroy, this was summer camp that he never wanted to end. I would joke that Leroy wasn’t going to want to come home. Throughout the boarding program I received daily pictures, videos, and updates about Leroy, which made the month without him bearable. Each day, Leroy and Stephen worked together to address his issues and each day they would progress. By the end of the 30 days, I was excited to get Leroy back. During the home visit after training, Stephen took the time to go over a schedule, teach me to manage Leroy, address any issues I may have been experiencing since Leroy came home, and educate me on the importance of a proper diet. Stephen not only trained Leroy to be a better dog, but he trained me to be a better owner. Without this program and Stephens help, I wouldn’t be able to safely keep Leroy.

We highly recommend K9 Conditioning! Don't give up on your pet until you have given K9 Conditioning a try, they won't disappoint. From Crazy - To Calm. Our family has a 1 year old pit bull, Ace. After 1 year of Ace running our household, causing frustration and havoc, not to mention destroying many areas of our home, we were convinced that we were not a match. To say that he is a high energy dog is putting it lightly. As a last resort we sent Ace to K9 Conditioning for their 4 week Board-Exercise-Conditioning program. WOW! The outcome and Ace's transformation is nothing short of unbelievable! Stephen has not only given Ace the structure he needs to be a good pet but he has also trained us on how to provide Ace with what he requires to be a happy, balanced dog. We couldn't be happier with our decision to make this investment.

Working with Stephen and K9 Conditioning has been a game changer! We have been working together for a couple of months now. My puppy was 4 months at the time and just learning leash basics. The amount of progress she has made since then has been phenomenal! Before working with Stephen, walking down the street was exhausting; now we're going for 2-3 walks a day. Huge difference maker for my puppy, and my wife and I as owners. We continue to meet once a week and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Stephen is a great resource and I can't wait to see where we can take this!

We enrolled our 4mo old black lab in the 4week board and train program. I was very nervous about dropping off our puppy Aspen somewhere but Stephen was wonderful in explaining the program and answering our questions. He posted regular video updates on their IG story so we could see the training and our puppy's progress! Near the end of the board & train, Stephen had us meet him and Aspen at a park and at Home Depot so we could work with Aspen in the same manner as he was trained, using the same commands. Our now 5mo old puppy is socialized with other dogs, can stay in his "place" for extended periods of time, will hold a long sit or down in public while we walk away, and heels beautifully! It's amazing he has such good behavior at 5mo old! We just took him on a hike and received so many compliments. Sending Aspen to K9 Conditioning was 100% worth it and I'd do it the same all over again! Thank you Stephen for doing such a great job!
