K9 Control Training

After experiencing ongoing behavior & training concerns with our one-year old chihuahua mix, we decided to seek professional dog training in the Charleston area. We found K9 Control online, read reviews, & reached out about coming in for an evaluation. Wren was super helpful with coordinating & we met with Hannah “OG”, who became our pup’s primary trainer during her four-week stay. We received weekly report cards throughout training, which included training notes, pictures & video. Hannah OG included details on how our pup was doing, what she focused on during the particular training phase/week, & what’s next. When it came time for out-processing & pickup, we met with Hannah OG & she spent time with us & our pup on working commands & how to transition back into our home. It’s been a couple weeks now since our pup’s been home & we continue to reinforce training that she (& we!) learned - she’s doing incredibly well. Our pup’s anxiety, patience, & stubbornness are under MUCH better control & our relationship with her has improved dramatically. We’re super appreciative of K9 Control & particularly thankful for Hannah OG’s “miracle worker” training skills & abilities, as well as Wren’s care & correspondence throughout our pup’s stay. We HIGHLY recommend Hannah OG & K9 Control as a whole. We look forward to attending future group classes with other graduates, as well as utilizing boarding options & arranging off-site training check-ins.

They are miracle workers! I wish we had brought our boy in sooner. We have a 2 year old Cane Corso who was very skittish and afraid of people and pretty much any object that was new to him. We struggled to socialize him, but his anxiety was getting to be a little scary because of his size. I am so glad we made the decision to have K9 Control help us train him and work with him to become a more confident dog. It is honestly the best money I've spent. He came back very well trained and we have been thrilled with his transformation. A dog that used to hide and bark or growl at friends that came to our house listens and even approached one of our friends with his tail wagging. This would have never happened. Our house was complete chaos and we usually would have to crate him for safety when anyone was over. DeAndre was his trainer. We absolutely loved him and so does Biff. He kept us updated every step of the way with photos and videos. I could tell that he really cared for him and Biff trusted him which meant a lot to us. Even after we picked him up, we've been in contact with the folks there and they've been so helpful with answering any questions. We are so thrilled with the results! Biff is much happier and so are we! We can't recommend them highly enough.
