If I could give it a zero I would. Probably one of the WORST experiences I have had in a long time. I was quoted a completely different price and told a completely different price than what services they rendered after speaking with management the owners REFUSE to acknowledge their mess up.I was so excited about this facility but will not be using any services moving forward. DO NOT bring your dog here they will HOLD YOUR DOG if you board and have had a disagreement with them. My dog is my service animal and withholding him due to a pay dispute should be illegal. The front desk lady with the black hair (Cathy I think) is rude and said” yeah I told you the wrong price but you still have to pay” never offered to even take off 10% for the mess up. I was VERY disappointed in the service after having the wonderful Nikki give me a tour and let me know what they offered. Nikki &Jenny were great everyone else trashhhhh. Go at your own risk but I’m never coming here again. The new staff/owners has this place going downhill.
