Hailey has been working with my Dutch Shepherd, Neptune, since she was just 6 months old, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about her. From basic obedience and impulse control to horseplay, scent work, and bite work, Neptune has grown tremendously under her guidance. What sets Hailey apart is not just her knowledge and skill, but the genuine care and dedication she puts into every dog she works with. She’s always my first call when I need advice, and I fully trust her judgment — which says a lot when it comes to my dog. I’ve sent her countless videos over the years for input, and she has always taken the time to help, encourage, and guide us. Because of Hailey’s training and support, Neptune has made incredible strides and can now remain neutral and confident around other dogs — something I once thought would be impossible. Watching the transformation in her confidence, focus, and overall behavior has been amazing. We rescued an Australian shepherd mix for Mother’s Day with the goal of making her a service dog for our 3 year old son. After looking and visiting with several trainers we chose K9ethix, we needed to get basic training and canine good citizen certified to move on to the next steps of service dog. Haley was amazing and so was Kayla who assisted they kept us updated via social media and texting. I am not one to easily trust my pets with anyone they either come with us or we have an in home sitter so sending our newest addition out to a place we didn’t know was scary but never once was I concerned while she was at training she came back with so much knowledge and after two weeks is certified and we get to move on to the next steps. Haley is super knowledgeable on the subject and not intimidating or constantly calling like some of these other places that are so desperate for clients. Haley tells you exactly the issues and if more training is needed we will continue with refresher courses and will use her as we continue to get more dogs.
