K9 Evolutions Dog Training

I find it terrifying to leave my dog with anyone when I am away, but leaving her with Jesse for the 3 week board and train was one of the best decisions I could have made! Emma is a brand new dog, she doesn't pull on the leash and she actually listens to me!! Jesse has been fantastic. He took great care of Emma and worked with me when I needed to change the dates of her stay due to unexpected medical problems. He listened to my goals for Emma and is helping me achieve them! I look forward to continuing to work with Jesse and teaching Emma all the things! 10/10 would recommend! Way better than boarding a dog at a kennel!

If you are looking for someone who loves dogs and is passionate about training them the correct way then Jesse is your guy! We had Bruno our 75 pound big boy pit bull and his sister moxie our beagle pointer mix who is 25 pounds in his 3 week on and off leash, basic commands and e collar training program. It is a huge night and day difference since both pups have been back home. Both of our dogs are very intelligent and incredible escape artist! My husband and I had lost count of how many times they had gotten out of our chain link fence before we finally found Jessie. We even went as far as installing a 6 foot privacy fence thinking this would allow us to keep our sweet fur babies in and safe. Most people are scared of Bruno at first sight because of the bad reputation pit bulls have. When I first called Jesse to inquire about his programs and all the wonderful training opportunities he offered I was hesitant to let Jesse know that Bruno was a pit bull because we had been turned down by 3 other dog trainers in the area. Jesse took the time to reassure me that he would have no problem and would be able to accommodate both dogs. He even went as far as providing transportation for pickup and drop off. Moxie and Bruno now have the skills to walk on and off leash (when they are off leash they have a e collar on) and follow basic commands. For Bruno that is a big deal because he was a stray that we found and took in after confirming he wasn’t microchipped and walking around the neighborhood going door to door. We are able to allow both dogs to play in the front yard and we can even walk around the block and not worry about Bruno dragging me every time he sees a new friend. Before Jessie’s training program anytime our kids would open the front door both dogs would bolt outside to play with the stray cats and other dogs in the neighborhood. We are now able to allow both dogs to sunbath in the front yard with the stray cats being 5 feet in front of them and they do as we say. We are finally in control of our dogs. Jessie was really good about giving daily updates on both of the dogs progress as I am a bit of a worry wort when my babies are not with me. He even went as far as taking them to the vet when he noticed something wasn’t right after asking permission of course and sent me updates until a diagnoses was made/confirmed. I am convinced that his programs is what allowed us to gain control over our dogs and gave us the confidence we so desperately needed to keep them. Jesse is wonderful and was so eager to answer any questions we had (I had a lot) especially about the e collars. He even went as far as letting us hold one to feel what it was like. He is overall just a loving kind person who loves his work and it shows through the overall success with our dogs. It feels like We have brand new pups and we will forever be grateful! Anytime we are asked who trained our pups I always have Jesse’s information ready to give out so the next lucky family can start their journey with him.

We’d like to take the time to let others know how very pleased we are with our standard poodle's training with Jesse Gervich. Annie bonded quickly with Jesse, and we feel especially lucky that he did the same with her. It was apparent that Jesse treated her with genuine affection, which was important to us. He is a masterful trainer and gets perfect 10s across the board from us. Annie's training has carried over now that she is home, which is the true test of the effectiveness of her time with Jesse. We feel strongly that Jesse’s training skills need to be acknowledged, so this review is our way of saying 'well done' to Jesse. Jesse is the most amazing trainer! He is passionate about the dogs and what he does! He is very professional. He is very kind and honest about the dog and what we as owners need to do and what we should expect. He is very clear on the direction that he gives. I take my dog everywhere with me and I am stopped every time about how well behaved my dog is and how impressed they are with him. They always ask who was your trainer!! I am very proud of what Jesse has done with my me and my dog. I will never go to another trainer.
