K9 Family Training

Peter came to our house, met our dog, assessed his behavior, and worked with us on how to best train our dog. Peter is very knowledgeable. Prior to coming out to the house, we spoke on the phone about our concerns and what we hope to achieve with our dog. He gave us guidance over the phone and suggested items that we can use during our training session(s). Peter is very kind, attentive, and worked really well with our dog.

After talking to many dog trainers on the phone I really felt like I connected with Peter to train my 7 month old Jack Russell (Max). My instincts were right on. When meeting Peter for the first time I felt right away he was perfect. He asked my husband and I many questions as to our concerns and what we wanted him to work on with Max. We advised him that we still needed help with potty training, anxiety issues in his crate when we leave the house and being aggressive toward our 3 year old dog. We met with Peter on 5 different occations and each time he gave us more insight and knowledge on why Max was behaving like he was and then he gave us suggestions on how to work to correct each and every issue. He addressed and worked on each issue one at a time until we felt comfortable with how Max was reacting to our commands. Peter would also call us after each visit and ask how Max was doing after the training session to make sure he was following thru with what he worked on. Peter not only trained Max but he also advised my husband and I how to take charge to have him listen to our commands. We are very happy with the outcome of our training and it was a pleasure meeting Peter and working with him. He is very patient, kind and funny. We enjoyed each session. Max looked forward to seeing him each and every visit with his tail wagging every time he saw him. I would highly recommend Peter to train your dog.
