K9 Functional Training

I’m so glad I found Jason-he is amazing! I was really feeling discouraged by my reactive 9- month old frenchie’s behavior, and I dreaded walking her lest we see any person or (god forbid) an animal. I was skeptical of starting with a trainer at first, wondering if maybe she was too headstrong to train. But even after our first lesson with Jason, I was amazed at what she could do under the right guidance. Since she started training, she has done a complete 180….walks are actually peaceful and enjoyable now! We are now working on other obedience commands, and he is great at showing me what I need to do at home to reinforce the work she does with him. It’s been a huge relief to realize that even though her breed is characterized by being “stubborn”, with the right trainer, she is capable of being obedient and well behaved. Jason is excellent-I wish I had called him sooner!

Our puppy was being very dominant & was constantly challenging us at only 10 weeks old. We contacted Jason & he has been a life saver. He really cares about the needs of both the animal & its humans & really takes the time to listen to the owner & our first conversation over the phone before we began training sessions with him, he gave us some simple quick fixes. Later we decided to put our little miss Truffle through his puppy boarding training for 3 weeks. Every day we received videos & updates about her progress. When we finally picked her up she was the perfect puppy citizen & he went through everything he did & how to use the training aids & trained us on how to keep up the foundation he laid for us. We are so impressed with his work with our previously considered puppy terrorist now turned snuggle bunny angel…I can’t say enough good things about him & how he treats his animal & human clients.
