K9 Intuition Dog Training

My dog, Blue, has reactivity to other dogs. I got him from the Castaic shelter and had spent about six months with him trying to understand his behavior and how I could help him. Finally I decided that the best way to help him was to take him to a training facility that could give him the extended time and attention he truly needed. I found Stefano and K9 Intuition here on Yelp and read the reviews. After Blue spent a month with Stefano and his team, Blue now has the awareness and the instruction to behave better with my direction. He is less reactive and insecure in situations where other dogs are present. He has more confidence and responds so much better to my instruction. He has more patience. I also have more patience. I have more confidence as well. I have been given the tools to overcome my anxiety handling a dog that needs a lot of direction. This was such a great experience and investment. Stefano spent time with me and made sure I understood not only what was expected of Blue, but also of me.

Candice was really great! She pretty much helped trained Harper since she was a 9week old puppy. She is now 10 months and doing things I would never imagine a dog can do like walk on the treadmill, walk with no leash pulling, place work, swim, walk next to me off leash, and socialization especially in public places. If you have a puppy, adult dog, or a behavioral problem please do yourself a favor and give these guys a chance it is so worth it for not only you but your dog as well so you guys can have the relationship that you deserve. To Candice thank you thank you thank you!! I can’t wait to sign Harper up for the group classes. You made us understand how to love dogs the way they deserve.

We will be forever grateful to K9 Intuition for their help with our dog Murphy. Before his Board and Train stay, he was out of control. He was human and animal reactive, anxiety ridden, terrified of everything, and aggressive towards us and others. Taking him for a walk was impossible and even our family didn't want to come to our house. After a 6 week stay on the ranch, we picked up a completely different dog in all the best ways. Stefano has a true gift to see inside these dogs, and know exactly what they need. He tailored a training program to fit Murphy and his issues. More importantly, he showed us how we should be treating him, to get the behavior we wanted. They gave us the tools we needed to be the calm confident leaders that our dog needs us to be. Stefano promised me on day 1, that if I trusted him and did what he said, he would give me back the dog I always dreamed of. Well he delivered in a big way ! We have only had our boy home for a week and the change in him is remarkable. He is calm relaxed, and happy. He's a dream to walk now enjoying being out and around everyone..
