Thank you for your candid review! I’m sorry you obviously took offense to my suggestion that you look elsewhere for boarding accommodations for your dogs, however, the series of emails we exchanged as well as this review solidifies for me the belief that you are not the type of clientele we wish to serve at my business. My emails to you were professional, concise and answered all of your questions. In fact I answered the same questions for you repeatedly and provided direct links to all of the information you requested for your convenience. I was more than timely in my responses, and I even responded to you outside of business hours on personal time to be more accommodating. The clients we wish to serve here not only understand but also appreciate that we are a small facility and prioritize the care, wellbeing, and time with their dogs over other things and know, like I stated in the emails, that email is the best way to reach us because our time is mostly spent away from the phones taking care of the dogs here. They appreciate the fact that we are a small staff that get to know their dogs on a one-on-on basis and focus on the activities needed to keep them all healthy, safe, and happy over answering the phones our entire day. Also, I will only work with those who are respectful of our time, which you demonstrated repeatedly you are not, since you were not willing to even read the information I sent or follow the instructions I provided. If you had done so you would have realized that you can, in fact, submit reservation requests and view subtotals without needing to input vaccine information in our boarding software and would have realized that I provided you with all the the pricing information that is clearly laid out separately on my website by giving you a direct link to the page. In addition to this, you ignored and did not answer questions I sent to you regarding your reactive dogs so I could insure we had the proper information to keep them and everyone safe here when you arrived. These issues coupled with your negative response to the efforts I took to respond professionally and on my own time, made me very aware that you did not respect my time enough to simply read the information I provided and which you requested. Anyone unwilling to click on a link provided and simply view the rates and options we offer will obviously be further disrespectful of our time and policies and thus will be asked to seek services elsewhere, as I did in your case. I hope you find the services you are needing and the level of attentiveness to answering the phone you so desire. Best of luck to you!

Hi Tamir! To clarify, you are not my client, no agreements were made with you, & I’m happy to provide copies of all communication. I have nothing to hide, nor was I unreasonable in my actions. I upheld every portion of my contract & agreement & only terminated the agreement after your mother would not follow instructions/abide by the contract & you contacted me in a demanding and rude manner. Your actions were the deciding factor to terminate, which I had every right to do. I was more than courteous to your mother & went out of my way to accommodate her. She contacted me stating Riley was dog aggressive & dangerous for her to walk. She had been pulled down & drug across the street by Riley when she attempted to attack other dogs. She told me she wanted to bring Riley for board & train while she was in Israel, but when boarded previously Riley refused to eat or relieve herself & had to be picked up after 2 days. Before discussing training, I advised her to bring Riley for test boarding to ensure she would be ok. I would not risk her health & well being—especially with your mother leaving the country—which your mother evidently was fully willing to do. After that stay, we discussed training, I agreed to accept Riley, & I provided my contract, code of conduct, & deposit form for review. She completed & submitted these months in advance. It was clear, however, based on communication prior to drop off, your mother either doesn’t pay attention to instructions or feels as though she can disregard them. She even failed to follow clearly provided instructions on what to bring with Riley, which required me to purchase these items. My code of conduct gives clear instruction on how to request updates during a dog’s stay. It also states if you do not follow instructions, you will not receive updates. This is ensure students, especially those with aggressive dogs, can properly follow instructions, which is crucial for success & safety, & to make sure my focus can be on the dogs, their training & care. Your mother disregarded instructions repeatedly. I responded with instructions at least 2x on how to properly communicate with us/request updates. Even so, she still refused to follow our processes, after which I received an angry & demanding email from you. Thus I decided to terminate training as I will not work with those who are disrespectful to myself, staff & our time invested in the care of the animals here, or those who refuse to honor agreements & follow protocols/instructions. I also will not be involved with anyone who doesn’t follow clearly laid out instructions involving dogs exhibiting aggression. That will only cause dangerous situations putting everyone at risk. Your mother also failed, as was required, to provide emergency contacts who could pick Riley up. No one (including the contact provided) could pick Riley up. The closest person was several states away, so I agreed to keep Riley for the remainder of the 30 days (outside of my contractual requirement) Then I was told one of your siblings would be picking Riley up, further voiding the contract since your mother would not be receiving the lesson/instruction needed to handle Riley properly. I was told at that time she wasn’t returning to the country until several days after Riley’s 30 day pick up date, which was not discussed, agreed upon, or paid for ahead of time. I also provided pictures of Riley during her stay as a courtesy despite never receiving proper requests. Concerning other dogs, none were ever discussed, nor were they ever a part of my training plan with your mother. I also would never consider training them after my experience with your mother—even before you contacted me—based on her lack of follow through. As far as scabs on Riley, I’m not aware of anything of that nature. We inspect the dogs regularly to ensure there is no issue with prong collar use & any minor cuts/scrapes could have occurred from playing with other dogs here I successfully paired her with.
