K9 Obedience Training

Our family adopted an 18-month old large breed mix over the winter at a local animal shelter. We quickly realized that we were a bit in over our heads being first time dog owners and that our Honey was a nervous, anxious dog. When we decided to look into enlisting help with training her I researched a couple different trainers. After seeing Larry’s amazing reviews and learning that he has been training dogs for over 20 years it was a no brainer to go to him for help. We absolutely made the correct decision bringing our dog to Larry. He meets you and your dog and immediately knows what level of training to start at and caters the program to your dog’s personality. We have seen such a huge difference in our dog and we’ve only had her for 4 months now. She still has a little ways to go in building her confidence but Larry gave us all the tools we need to help her in that. We feel extremely equipped to carry on with Honey’s training and helping her to become a confident, nervous-free dog. Don’t hesitate in making the decision to start the training course that Larry has. He’s got it down to a science and there are real, true results.

Our puppy Duke recently graduated the basic obedience course with Larry and we couldn’t be happier! Larry takes the time to break down each aspect of training and the methods behind the techniques. We recieved a thorough and personalize training for our dog and alternative techniques to try if something didn’t quite work. Larry also provided great guidance in assisting us to mitigate some food aggression issues we were noticing early on. He recognizes that it’s not a one size fits all for every dog and works hard to give unique resolutions to solve any concerns. We would highly recommend Larry for anyone looking for training of any kind! He was fantastic!
