Ms. Kaplan with all due respect where are you getting all of this information? The dog was never 'locked in a cage' and let out for 'minutes a day' what you are accusing us of is false, inaccurate and disgusting. We are professionals and we will not tolerate this type of behavior or accusations. The work was put in for the dog to be potty trained but your daughter never prioritized this dog. She failed to drop off the dog on time, she failed to show up to any of her classes, and she literally picked up the dog without even seeing us or asking us how to handle the dog and then called us a day later to scream. Your daughter has no business owning a dog and has unrealistic expectations from a 4 month old teacup Pomeranian; she is better off owning a stuffed animal. Your daughter is incapable of handling the responsibility required to care for a dog; we all truly hope that dog is safe with her as we have our doubts given the way she continuously proved her disregard and unimportance for the dog. Throughout the dog's training we updated your daughter with pictures, videos and even communication that was not relayed back to us. The dog was perfectly clean and bathed upon discharge. In the consultation we clearly stated that she will need to continue to work with the dog after the board and train program as it is still a puppy; we do not turn dogs into robots....we train them and that requires a team effort from both the dog and their handler; apparently your daughter had better things to do than to care for her own dog. We demand you remove these lies by midnight tonight or you will be hearing from our lawyer tomorrow morning for slanderous defamation and false accusation.
