PLEASE READ: DO NOT RECOMMEND Not at all happy with what I paid for. I decided to remove my puppy from her classes a week early as I was being told things were possible to be done that at the end were never even being done.Communication was more than poor in this place and the owner and assistant were not on the same page about things. I had to chase them to post promised photos/videos onto the Google page of my puppy to see she was even doing anything and what was posted the majority of the time was videos of her playing or running in slow motion. They asked me what I wanted to call her and i said by her name Juniper but whistled and blew kisses to get her attention. when I went for the transition classes the trainer was calling her Jennifer. She is now home, doesn’t know her name and just barely listens to a single thing I say. In the three out of 4 weeks in being there I have seen absolutely no difference in how she left in fact I am back to square one with her feeling like the initial day I got her from the breeder only really knowing how to sit and she does that she hen she wants. I understand that she may need to get used to being home again but man to pay as much as I had and see absolutely no difference in her home behavior is ridiculous. The trainer Juan Carlos is very friendly and helpful but there was no change in my dogs behavior at home. I will not recommend this place any further and should’ve known better as a friend of mines dog left here with an ear infection. When I brought that up to the owner they were very quick to say the dog came with one. Well if he came with one why didn’t the vet that supposedly goes every week notice it and try to help? Very very upset with the money I spent. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would love to speak with the owner again to voice my anger but I know that conversation would only be one sided and a waste of my time
