K9 Optima

Josh and his family have truly been a blessing to our lives. We have a spicy little sausage dog, and before his board and train, we couldn’t even be around people or have the TV on without him barking or reacting. Now, for the first time in three years, our boy can go with us to dog-friendly stores and even sit through a movie peacefully at home. The transformation has been unbelievable. Josh clearly has a deep love for dogs and a genuine passion for helping them and their owners. What really set K9 Optima apart for us was their approach: he does not rely on harsh methods like shock collars. That alone was a huge green flag and made us feel confident and safe leaving our dog in their care. The ONLY trainer I would ever trust with my dog! Professional and friendly, Josh really does care about the dog's experience which is the most important thing to me. He does not use any compulsion and ensures the dogs have a great time while training. There is no forcing, shocking, or yanking the dog around. He is kind and thoughtful with both the dogs and the dog's owners. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
