I have worked with Shannon and Sandy for over 4 years. They are trustworthy, honest, very kind and genuine people. I can count of them anytime I need someone to look after our dog Payton. I know I can depend on them to feed and walk Payton. He looks forward to their visits. Occasionally, I will be home, unexpectedly, when they arrive to walk Payton. I hear the love in their voices when open the door to greet Payton. Payton dances around excitement, so I know the feeling is mutual. Shannon has worked very hard to build her business. She has taken an extensive dog training course to further expand her knowledge on dog behavior. I've watched videos of her training dogs and am thoroughly impressed. I would recommend K9 Satisfaction to anyone who is in need of dog walking, training and potty break visits. I’m a very cautious person and do not typically invite ‘strangers’ into my home, but after scheduling an in-home consultation and asking many questions I felt confident she was the right person to care for my 10-year old Bernese Mountain Dog Zoe. My only regret is I didn’t contact her sooner, she's been providing daily support to me for over 4 months and I plan on working with her for many more. Shannon visits my house daily during my workweek walking, brushing, and giving superb care to my Zoe, (she even brings up my garbage cans)! Shannon’s attentiveness gives me peace of mind that my Zoe is healthy, happy and thriving.
