K9 Solutions Center

This is the second time we have hired a trainer. Our first experience was excellent so we felt confident to invest in professional training again. Unfortunately, that was 7 years ago and our original trainer moved out of state. We purchased a second pup and selected k9 Solutions for training. After a phone conversation and a one on one meeting we chose the board and train program. We were assured that our pup would be trained during the board with one on one follow up afterward. On the day of pickup our pup did pretty well inside the facility but as soon as we took him outside he was jumping the same as before boarding. We were again assured that would be worked on with our upcoming one on one visits with our trainer since that was part of the package. We scheduled our first appointment/trainer called off sick. After about a week the trainer reached back out to get our pup back on the schedule. I responded to get him scheduled by their preferred method (WhatsApp) and did not get an answer. I reached out to the business/never heard back from the trainer. It’s been almost 3 months now and think it’s safe to say that the follow up classes will never be scheduled as promised. So disappointed that we put our faith and money into this company to get ghosted. They do require 100% of payment up front before training starts and notate several times they will not give refunds. While I understand that businesses have policies regarding refunds, I believe customers should receive the services that were included and promised in the package. I had high expectations that they were an honest business, but unfortunately that is not what we experienced. At this point, we have no intention of working with them again and definitely would not recommend. This experience was a very costly—lesson learned.

Brian is extremely nice! He is so great and knowledgeable about what you will need to do to start out and make sure you feel comfortable and understand. Sarah is a great handler so far, she's really sweet and very good for my Harley boy he made a lot of progress on his first day! She's very knowledgeable about what my pups needs are and pays very close attention to what specific areas he needs to work on the most.
