K9 Spa and Training Center

I have never met a more disgusting owner/manager than Pamela. My French Bulldog went to her facility today. I went to pick Pharoah up from the spa.....When I got there he was having problems breathing.....I asked if they gave him some water and the guy said no. So I asked for some water for him. I tried to give him some water and drank very little. I left out the establishment and tried to see what was wrong, but his breathing was so horrible that I immediately seek help. I went to the vet and they told me he needed to go to the ER immediately.....They took Pharoah to the back Immediately. The critical care nurse stated he had a 2nd degree Heat Stroke, his temperature was 106 and had to be sedated, over IV fluids, cold therapy, and 4 different medications as well as they would need to keep him overnight. Pamela is horrible, I called her to let her know what happened and she had the nerve to say, why are you telling me.....Asked to speak to the nurse who corroborated everything. Told the nurse she never heard of bulldogs having heat issues. She called me back and was like how is Pharoah. I was livid. I told her, her attitude was disgusting.....Pharoah is my child, I left him in her care and when I came back he was on the brink of death. Like how can you have a whole dog spa and not know about the different breeds. She said her staff said nothing was wrong with Pharoah when I picked him up. I told her if that was true, why would I ask for water, why would I take a seat on the bench outside to try and get him together. she said they had cameras so I told her to look at them because if he wasn’t in distress I wouldn’t have taken those steps and she would surely be able to see the events. She said she believe her staff, so I said that was fine but they will pay for what they did to my baby. All she cares about is making money. I would hate for anybody to have to experience what I have.
