K9 Vision at the DLC

It was horrible my dog went from Monday to Friday all day and on that Friday Myles was supposed to come to my house to go over everything but he had a prior engagement. When he did call me weeks later and wanted to come the next day that I was unable to do because I was having one of my cats euthanized, I never heard from him after that. I paid almost $700 for nothing. I would stay away from this place it’s nothing but a ripoff.

100% recommend K9 Vision for all of your dog needs! Myles and his team are knowledgeable, skilled, highly professional, and just all around amazing to work with. Our dog has a variety of behavioral challenges and we had previously done a number of training programs elsewhere but were still struggling to have our dog around people. Myles conducted an initial assessment, which taught us a ton before we even got started. He listened to what our concerns were and created a customized training plan to specifically address those issues. We met weekly for 6 weeks at our house, where Myles would work with us and our dog. Rather than just telling us what to do in each situation, he helped us better understand our dog’s behavior, communications, and needs so that we could create a structure and routine in which he’d be more likely to succeed. Through our work with K9 Vision, we have seen a huge improvement in our dog’s behavior and we now have much more confidence as his handlers and guardians. The training is well worth the cost and we cannot recommend Myles and K9 Vision highly enough.

I’ve been fostering dogs for a little over a year now. My latest one has been with me for MONTHS, and admittedly, it’s been tough for both of us. After several meet and greets, and a foster-to-adopt gone awry, the rescue knew we had to do something to make future transitions easier on her. She’s not destructive or aggressive, she’s just unsure of herself in this world… a core trait I didn’t understand how to address until we met with Myles. In our 45 minute consultation, I learned basic concepts and boundaries that I had failed to recognize she needed. Within DAYS of implementing the “prescription”, she started looking to me as her leader, and both of us became calmer versions of ourselves. The work isn’t over, she’ll go back for a 5 day training session with Myles, but seeing the big impact of small changes has given us something we were both close to losing… HOPE.

Myles and his team were wonderful taking our dogs pretty lady minute after our pet sitter cancelled less than a week before our trip. Our Great Dane and pit mix have some separation anxiety and anxiety in general and they did a wonderful job making sure they were comfortable and loved. We even got some updates on how things were going throughout our vacation. Probably more for my anxiety. Lol. Us and our dogs felt very comfortable there and will definitely use them for our future vacations!!!!
