I had a great experience working with Steven. I originally got my Rottweiler from him and could immediately tell he had been very well taken care of. Later, I found out Steven is also a dog trainer, so I sent my puppy to him for two weeks and the results were amazing. He boarded my dog during the training, which made the whole process really convenient. Steven also went out of his way to do multiple meet ups, even driving closer to me, and took plenty of time to go over my goals for the training. He made sure I understood everything and showed me how to continue reinforcing the training after my dog came home. My Rottweiler came back well behaved, calmer overall, and fully trained in all the basic commands. He was also much better with crate training. What really impressed me is that over a month later, my dog has retained everything he learned and still consistently obeys commands. I will definitely be sending my next dog to Steven and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and effective dog trainer.

Steven took in Kona on short notice due to a last min business trip. After the initial meet and greet with Kona I knew we selected the right person for boarding and training. Kona is a rescue, had separation issues and was still a young puppy but Steven knew exactly what to do. During my trip he kept me informed on how Kona was doing with his stay and training while providing videos of his progress! 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 boarding 10/10 training 10/10 professionalism K9 Command TX will be Kona’s boarder and trainer for the foreseeable future!
