FirstBarkMet with her and she promised to follow up and send us videos and more info within 3 days and to schedule a follow up. She never reached back out. The info she did give in the first meeting was very basic and she informed me she can't really see to help us.

Doesnt teach anything other than common knowledge on dogs. If your dog needs real help find someone else.
Kim and her husband, Bill, are really good. My dog and, more important, I, learn every class. They are calm and patient teachers, kind to the animals, and what they say makes sense. They reward for good behavior rather than punishing for bad behavior. The cost us quite reasonable.
