Steve has been an incredible trainer! We are so thankful to have found him and started training our two adopted pups at a very young age. He helped us lay a foundation for two well behaved shepherd mixes. We are often complimented on how well they behave for puppies and that is all thanks to his training and guiding us to become trainers ourselves. It is evident Steve loves working with dogs. We called Stephen to help with our young German shepherd & Belgian Malinois that have trouble with some aggression & have a very hard time walking on a leash. Stephen uses his real life training experiences and takes the time to get to know your dog to provide very valuable and useful information to make simple changes for huge results. This man is a miracle worker! Stephen is an exceptional dog trainer who has gone above and beyond to ensure both my new rescue Boo and I have had nothing but positive experiences. He has a deep understanding of canine behavior and is so patient with his teaching style making him a stand out compared to other trainers I’ve used in the past. She gets nervous about meeting people and he was able to instantly gain her trust the first meet and greet. He tailors his methods to suit her needs and makes sure she is comfortable each step of the way. One of Boo’s bad habits included scratching at the door when I left the house. Stephen was able to break that habit the FIRST session we had together and she has not done it since! Walks also used to be a daunting task. She would constantly lunge at trees, squirrels or anything that moved. I took this video today, ONE DAY after our session on leash walking. He has completely changed our lives for the better and has made going on walks enjoyable. I have learned so much in only a couple sessions and cannot wait to continue working with him. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s unlike any trainer and I feel very fortunate to have found him. Thank you so much for all you have done Stephen!!

Steve is great! He's a dog guy through and through and knows how to correct some of the most frustrating dog behavior, very quickly. In the case of one of our dogs, she would chew sticks obsessively and it was the one and only thing she was possessive of and it drove me crazy. Steve corrected this behavior within one visit. Truthfully, it was really corrected in about 10 minutes and then he spent the next 20 minutes or so, reinforcing this new and much better behavior and she has been a changed dog. Now, when in the dog park, she just socializes, rather than looking for sticks to chew. He's spent years training dogs and knows what he's doing. He's not mean by any stretch as he's a total dog lover, but can fix the most frustrating behaviors quickly. Try him out. You'll be glad you did!
