We enrolled our puppy for the kindergarten training. Paid $125.00 for 6 classes...sounded like a good place to train due to other reviews. Wrong...our puppy did get 4 lessons but on other lessons it was a no show with not even a phone call to let us know. Trainer was unreliable and when we did talk to her she stated she had medical issues and had no answer as to why she didn't call. So after driving all the way there nobody showed up. Live and learn.

Sandy, I am sorry but I cannot find your enrollment information. I havent charged $125 for 6 weeks in a very long time.<br>Where did you go for that class and who is your dog? Could it be under a different name?<br>I have not had any medical issues but one of my trainers did. She is no longer with us. Please send me your information so I can set you up with some make up classes. I am one of very few trainers that even offer make ups so that is what I would do for you if you were a client of k9kapers. Also if the class was at The Rain or Shine Pets, those classes are no longer affiliated with K9kapers, not since early 2023. We only had one clas there that did not work well. Neither the store or trainer are with us. However if it was the May puppy class, call me. I will make it up to you even so.

On the advice of my girlfriend I needed more training and thought I would get it at K9 Kapers, but I quickly came to realize, I was too much dog for the trainer

Wow, thanks for the confidence. Too bad you didn't give me a chance. But then I train Dogs, not men. By choice. Next time try setting up a training class or a private. No fair giving low stars when you didn't even try. Maybe the girlfriend should try coming. I'm sure I could give her advice and training tips! Btw I do advise all family member to attend class then they learn together and share the information. I train a lot of "too much dogs" successfully and have many happy top dog clients. Saw your pictures for Dodges, maybe we should talk my 2016 Grand Caravan is looking to upgrade to a more substantial "top dog" vehicle! Lol<br>Have a great day!

Professional and knowledgeable, Karen is a great trainer for dogs and their humans. Excellent resources (indoor and out door training spaces, handouts, advice on leashes, toys and treats) make it a one stop shop for training your pet from puppy to show and performance. Highly recommended.
