Super responsive. Literally was able to book and discuss minor scheduling details all during my lunch break. My wife and I are very excited for our evaluation on Saturday! :)
Tom immediately got back to us after our first inquiry and came out to our house the next morning at 7:00am for a consultation. We have decided to have him train our dog and are excited to get started next week.
