K9’s In Harmony- Dog Training

Trisha and her family made such a huge impact on our dog Sevro’s behavior and our life with him and our baby at home! Trisha worked so well with Sevro and assisted him with reactivity and decreasing anxiety around our baby as well as on walks and in social situations. He came home such a good boy, incredibly well behaved, and listened very well to our commands. Overall this increased our connection with him which is such a win! My favorite aspect of Trisha’s training is how available she was and still is to our family if we have any ongoing training questions and needs! Ace & Gypsy are almost 2 years old now. They went through Trisha’s training program about 6 months ago. They are litter mates and are very attached to each other. I was struggling with leash pulling and general lack of listening even after working with them. After going back and forth with Trisha we decided that sending them at same time would allow us to reach the goals I had for them. They already knew basic commands, but struggled at times, especially when together. (They are each other’s greatest distractions). I also really needed help introducing the e-collar because I had no previous experience with e-collar training. I was very happy with how well this training program was for them. Trisha has a lot of experience with dogs and I felt comfortable leaving them in her care. I received updates throughout the weeks and saw videos of their progress on Instagram. Although I was very sad leaving them, I knew this was a good choice as it would allow for us to live a better day-to-day life when they returned. I can now walk them both at the same time, which was a huge goal of mine. Ace & Gypsy continue to use their new skills out in public as I now feel I can manage their energy and activity level when around other people and dogs. Dog training is always a continuing activity and you have to work with your dogs for them to have the most benefit from their training. Trisha was able to equip Ace & Gypsy with a toolkit for success and made sure I knew how to continue to see amazing results once they returned home. I still practice with them and find they like to “have a job” and show me what they know. Very happy my friend recommended Trisha and her training program!

Initial contact with Trisha was excellent! Trisha explained the training process in step by step detail. we discussed everything about my pup, the good, the bad and the ugly. Then Trisha made a plan and went to work! My pup Kipling suffered from the Covid lockdown he didn’t go anywhere or see anybody for over a year and it didn’t help him at all so he needed an expert to help me! My pup loves people and he would go berserk if any one came to visit, it actually was pretty terrible! Trisha calmed him down, and taught him to listen to direction, he doesn’t bolt down the street after chickens anymore either! Kipling even gets to go to work with me on occasion and that in itself is a blessing! Thank you, Trisha 🌹
