K9 Place in Melbourne, FL is hands down the best place in the area. I have a senior diabetic dog with Cushing’s, and it was very hard to find someone willing to help. I called in many vet, dog daycare and boarding places and even called a clinic in Orlando, and they refused to take him. K9 Place was completely different — they were kind, flexible, professional, and truly cared about my dog.
They worked with my drop-off and pick-up times, and I could tell right away that they love animals and understand what pet owners go through. If you want a place that is caring, reliable, and puts dogs first, K9 Place is the one. I’m very grateful for them and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

My dog is 8.5 years old, and was extremely reactive toward other dogs to the point where I couldn’t take him anywhere and only on short, stressful walks hoping we wouldn’t come across any other dogs. After 2 weeks board and train, now we are going on pack walks and bonding more than ever, training was worth it!! Very thankful for K9’s place

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Going to try out the Board and Train with the newest rescue member of our family, 9 month old Phoenix (Feny) a Grate Dane/Lab mix. She was already learning before we even left the evaluation. Feny was comfortable with the surroundings the entire time we were there. Looking forward to great training!

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my dog Andy to K9 place for a two week board and train. My dog had problems with walking with the leash and he would pull me. He also was not real good around other people and other dogs. After 2 weeks with all the great trainers and staff he is like another dog. I would highly recommend this great place.
