We used K9to5 for service dog training. The prices are extremely high and the service does not meet the quality such a price would warrant. Upon further research, you can find other establishments that offer the same services, often more in-depth, for less money. When it comes to the training itself, the word "training" must be used loosely. Christine takes a passive approach with little useable guidance, leaving training in your hands with little to no help. The help you do get is often not enough or dismissive of the issue at hand. Additionally, our training plan was often forgotten or entirely wrong, with Christine often thinking we had learned fundamental things when we had not. Furthermore, because of this forgetfulness, we reinforced bad behaviors on purpose without progressing into something remotely positive. When we did end up leaving, the response from the her was extremely passive aggressive and unprofessional. Eventually, we found a new trainer for a fraction of the price. In the four weeks we have been with the new trainer, we have learned more than we had in our over five months with Christine. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, demonstrate a true passion for their work, and accommodate everything we could possibly need from them. Overall, I do not recommend K9To5 Dog Training.
