I have taken three dogs to Kathy's puppy training class. She allows you to return for "refreshers" for the lifetime of the dog. She also provides a comprehensive hand out for you to use at home. I have returned to them on and off over the years.

Called several times and finally after hearing our needs she says she will call back to get us set up. Never heard from her again. Must be selective with what types of people/dogs she works with.
