We've been attending her training classes for years with our current dog and with our previous dog and the difference they've made in our dogs and in us has been incredible. The Play-Care program is equally amazing. The care, structure, supervision, and enrichment that she and her team provide are truly priceless. Our dog loves his playtime and all the special events the team plans. He is especially loves the Splash Party. When we leave our dog in her care for overnights, we know he's not just being watched he's being loved like family. He receives structure, affection, attention, and plenty of belly rubs, all while maintaining the routines that help him thrive. The peace of mind she and her team give us is invaluable. We have been bringing our puppy here for PLAY and training, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Every single person on the staff is incredibly kind, patient, loving, and genuinely cares about both the dogs and their owners. Not only have they helped our puppy grow and thrive, but they have also educated us as owners. I’ve had dogs in the past, but I’ve learned so many valuable tips and techniques from their trainers that have made a huge difference. They take the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way. What stands out most is how understanding and compassionate everyone is. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat every dog that walks through their doors. I can’t recommend Zamier highly enough. He worked with our recently adopted 2-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, who was anxious, aggressive, and completely unable to walk outside, especially challenging given our NYC environment. After two weeks of private boarding and training with Zamier, the transformation has been incredible. Our dog now walks calmly through city streets, stays under threshold, and behaves beautifully on leash. The barking, lunging, and reactive behaviors are gone. Zamier didn’t just train our dog, he helped us finally feel like we could fully welcome him into our family. Zamier is patient, calm, incredibly knowledgeable, and always responsive to questions, even after training ended. We were genuinely worried about whether our dog could adapt to life in NYC, but thanks to Zamier, he is now happy, comfortable, and truly thriving. We are so grateful. Thank you so much, Zamier!
