Worst experience ever! Memorial day weekend 5/26/24 we dropped our 2 Boxers off for a Board and Train for 6 weeks. I received a call from the owner Adam Sunday June 16th at 3-4 pm that Sophie wasn't doing well. Refusing to eat or drink and nasal dripping and we would need to come to pick her up. I told him I will be there shortly and he said no it can wait until tomorrow Monday 6/17 that way we didn't get emergency vet charges and it could wait because it wasn't an emergency per say. He explained that she hasn't really been eating or drinking well the whole time asked me if she was eating and drinking before we dropped off and I said of course otherwise I would not have droppped her off. We I went to pick her up at 1pm the next day (I had already told him the previous day that I had to work for a few hrs and would be there after, he said no problem.) I was horrified when I seen Sophie and asked WTH did you do to my dog? I grabbed her driving to emergency vet where she spent a week for acute kidney failure. She gained 11lbs over night in hydration alone. My husband went to pick up Bruce immediately from work. He showed weight loss and could see his bones. NEVER LET ADAM NEAR YOUR DOGS!!!!! We got a puppy (boerboel, shepherd, lab mix)last summer and got worried when one trainer said she had reactive characteristics. Having our own children in their early 20's we thought we were in trouble. When Timeless K9 referred us to Adam of Katz K9 we knew we would be in good hands. A year later we are still in good hands. Not only has the puppy been doing good, us, as her parents, have been well trained. Don't get me wrong she is still a puppy but thru Adam's training of us, we trust her and what we need to do for her. Katz K9 has always been able to work with us and our crazy schedule. Their passion for dogs showed in their commitment to us and our puppy.
