Hi, I'm the "Very Young Girl" in question. Thanks for complimenting my customer service! But I feel I need to clear a few things up. 1) I wasn't alone, my shift mates were just supervising more dogs out in the potty areas. 2) We are a doggy daycare/school and training facility that allows off-leash group play, but that doesn't mean every dog in the building gets along with each other. We have to sort them into groups based on each dog’s size, age, and personality before letting them loose to play together. Attempting to do this without crates or xpens to temporarily hold incompatible dogs would be dangerous and chaotic. THAT would be a depressing and stressful situation. 3) I'm not sure what a "stressed" dog looks like to you, but generally, "quietly standing at a fence and politely watching people come and go" isn't it. 4) We can handle up to 60 dogs each day, and specialize in anxiety and aggression. I was stressed about the snow making me late to work and putting me behind, not the number of people or dogs dropping off. But I see now that the wrong thing to do was order breakfast to work to make up that lost time, because apparently afterward the DoorDasher will go online and attempt to cut down my business with bad reviews for no reason at all. We would NEVER hit a dog with a chair. It was knocked it over. Then told everyone to treat their dog. FYI, when dogs are being aggressive people are never suppose to use their hands. The dog was NEVER kicked. It was a leg/foot separation and the dog still refused to let go. So the dog was not harmed by that technique. We strive for positive reinforcement, but will never turn away a dog that needs extra firm hand because of the breed. GSD and some bully breeds still need assertive energy while they are out of line. This was a completely different dog the following week. Too bad you missed seeing the transformation.

Thank you Chelsea for the feedback. It takes a trained eye to see an issue before it gets out of hand and be able to handle it, then get back to our agenda.
