We have a 3 year old little 8 pound sichon who, when walking him and he meets another dog who is bigger than him, gets fierce and almost jumps out of my arms barking fircely. Seems that he needs to be socialized. We have had him 4 wks. Can you help?
Yes. I have a shy dog who sometimes resists interaction with strangers. Not good for a show dog. 30 minutes into a session, Kay had her rock solid.

Was just checking out the site after seeing a report on a service dog named Kaya.
Kaye and Andrea have been wonderful assets in our puppy's life. Kaye is a wealth of knowledge and always helps to address behaviors that are happening at home. If an approach is not working, she is quick to think of other training methods. We are so happy to have such great support in raising our puppy into adulthood!

Kaye and Andrea helped transform my relationship with my 11-month-old Sheltie, Mo Ghraidh (Momo). In their Puppy Obedience classes, they taught me to focus on and reward positive behaviors, redirect negative behaviors with acceptable, easy-to-teach behaviors and, most of all, to have fun with my boy. In just five weeks, he no longer chases cyclists and joggers, and I've been able to get his attention when he is distracted by loud sounds and squirrels. What has changed is the way I respond to my pup, as well as learning to be more patient with him as our relationship grows. I can't thank Kaye and Andrea enough for training me to be a better pawrent.
