Kayla's Paws Service Dog Training, Education & Assistance Foundation -Mailbox

We were excited to work with them to train my daughters puppy as a mobility service pup. We got the application, filled it out and sent it in with our check. On 9/10/18 we were told he just got our application that day and we’d hear from him in a couple days to set up the interview. Ended up not hearing from anyone for a while, husband ended up calling and he said we would hear from them, On 9/21/18 sent another email and got response on 9/25/18 and was told we’d hear from them in a week and half to set up interview. It’s now 10/12/18 and we are still waiting. I finally emailed them and said we’re going elsewhere and asked for my doctors notes back. They didn’t waste any time on cashing my check... debating whether to call better business bureau or not... Rude and poor customer service. Very disappointed.
