We began working with Ahmia for some puppy obedience when we got our new Lab. We opted to pay for. in home sessions where they were one on one and we could not be happier with the outcome. Our pup is still high energy, but knows his boundaries on what he can and cannot do. I absolutely love taking him out in public stores knowing he won't be a holy terror and will stay with me and work through distractions. We even had Ahmia come back to help us with additional loose leash walking and it has changed everything when it comes to walking our dog. He stays by my side the entire walk, knows to sit down when I stop walking and has made our daily walks enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend Kentucky Canine Coach.
I am so glad I found Ahmia. My greyhound would not allow us to touch his feet for nail trims and was a holy terror at the vet. She introduced us to Cooperative Care training and the change has been remarkable! She is very patient, adaptable, and non judgmental. She doesn't force you into her program but works with you to meet your objectives. Highly recommended!

Ahmia is the greatest dog trainer in this area hands down! I had a hyperactive Pomeranian who does not listen well and I was worried he would be too difficult to train, Ahmia trained him like it was nothing now he is a well behaved angel dog! You would never believe it was the same dog! She has amazing patience, skills, and is amazing with dogs. My dog loves her and he doesn’t like people usually! She worked magic with him!! I will always recommend this dog trainer over ANYONE!!
I met the trainer Ahmia when she was the training director in Colorado. She is very professional and passionate about training. She never got tired of me asking questions. She actually showed me how much difference a well-trained dog can be. I was so surprised the first time I met her. I highly recommend y'all to visit her new training facility!
