Ali began working with myself and puppy Par when he was 4 months of age. He was showing signs of over-confidence and dominance that concerned us after being part of our family for 2 months. With small children in the home, we reached out to Ali to nip his less than pleasant behaviors at a young age. Thankfully, Ali provided us with the necessary tools to shape him into the best puppy he can be. Now at 6 months of age, due to her patience and guidance, he’s now a pleasure to walk, a joy to have in our home, and is incredibly gentle to children and other dogs. Ali truly knows her stuff, and has equipped our family with the knowledge and tools needed to ensure we have a successful foundation on which to build on as Par grows up!

My Goldendoodle, Sailor, and I started at 8 months with Ali to refine and expand on her basic puppy skills. We both learned so much! Ali made it easy to adopt practices that allowed me to continue training Sailor every day, and for it to be fun at the same time. Sailor has progressed so much in a short period of time, and we look forward to working with Ali again for more advanced training. I highly recommend Ali!!

My dog Maggie and myself have had the most wonderful and successful time training and learning with Ali at Key2K9. The growth and progress is tangible and my confidence as an owner and trainer has grown as well. I couldn’t recommend her enough- she teaches through knowledge, experience, and a true passion for dogs and the dog brain. She is very in tune with Maggie during our sessions, and moves at the pace that is appropriate for Maggie. We started working with Ali when our Golden was about 6 months old. We noticed she was doing some resource guarding and with two small children in our home we knew we needed to nip this behavior early on. We did 12, 1:1 sessions with Ali and now have the sweetest pup. Ali gave us the tools we needed to work with Ellie at home but also understood how crazy life with two little ones and a puppy is! If something wasn’t working, she had a new strategy that we could try. Ellie is such a well behaved pup now. We receive compliments on her behavior all the time. We can’t say enough about Ali and her training sessions. What we learned from her not only impacted our current dog but any other dog we welcome into our family.
