Kindred K9 Academy

We have had our Cane Corso Kona in for boarding and training with Andy and his team several times this past year. With every training session, our dog Kona comes away a better mannered dog. Andy always sends progress texts and videos with explanations of what he’s working on with Kona. Andy always asks what behaviors he can help with or focus on. Most importantly, Kona loves working with Andy and I’m sure Andy loves working with Kona too! We highly recommend Kindred K9 Academy

We sent our dog to Kindred Canine Academy in June for 2 weeks leading up to the birth of our first human child. Murray (4 year old westie) has had some leash problems and a tendency to run out of the door. We wanted to really create a good foundation and re-establish our relationship with Murray. Andy is an incredible trainer! He gave us daily updates with videos and photos. Murray is diabetic requiring 2 insulin shots a day and a very controlled diet. Andy and his staff took such good care of him, administering all of his shots at the appropriate times. We’ve since sent Murray to their associated daycare, Camp Opie, when we go out of town and have had one off day lessons with Andy. The training is only good and only works if you keep it up at home. We regularly do tracing sessions with Murray to re-enforce the training with him.

Kindred K9 Academy Provides excellent Training. I took my wild, jumping highly energetic two year-old boxer. She would take off and not come back, pull on the leash, etc. During training she was provided gentle and consistent guidance, a variety of different settings, and the result is great. She will obey “heel” on and off of leash. When loose, she will return immediately when told.”come” or “heel” she gets to go more places, and it is much safer for her now.
