Kindred Souls Canine Training Center

This needs a response, this review is pure fiction from a very scary person. BEWARE!!! Susanne Shaad graduated 3 months ago ( why now??)!! But I and my staff remember her well, as do the other students in her class . She argued with everything I said BEFORE even taking the class. She wanted her dog to be a Therapy dog BUT didn't want to do ANY training. She had a wonderful dog named Rockett. She was convinced she had trained the dog enough ( even though the dog never listened to her). Her CONSTANT disruptions and lack of attention and refusal to do any of the homework, actually caused others in the class to complain. (Careful when you write a review if there are witnesses to your behavior). The dog was lovely and every time I worked with Rockett, the dog was spot on. This review makes no sense, as Susanne actually signed up for follow up Therapy Classes (despite the "horrors" she experienced). There was no berating, no dehumanizing, no tears, no expulsions from class, no waterboarding or beheadings. As far as people dropping out, they are retaking the course at no charge. BUT, there were complaints from the others about Susanne's behavior. The couple sitting next to her came up to me after class and asked " How do you stay so calm with her, she's driving us crazy!!" . I just felt sorry for Rockett!!!! As to why this woman would sign up for more classes then trash me, would fall under the catagory of "too weird" or she went somewhere else and they did'nt put up with her. Shame Susanne!!! I TRIED TO GIVE YOU INSTRUCTION and HELP and was dismissed. I and my staff will NOT be blamed for your inherent need to disregard and disrupt. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!
