Angie, thank you for taking the time to share this. Working with you and Chico was a pleasure. Rescues often come with a lot of baggage, and working through reactivity toward men and other dogs is never an easy fix. It takes time, patience, and clear communication.<br><br>Chico made great progress, but the real credit goes to you. The mechanics only work if the handler commits to them, and you stepped up every session to put the reps in and hold those boundaries. Seeing him walk in a calm heel without that constant tension is huge.<br><br>Give Chico some love for me, and I look forward to seeing both of you out at the next group walk.

Tiffany, this means the world to me, thank you! Taking Haven in for those two weeks of exposure training was a blast, and seeing her confidently lock in during public access work at places like the airport and local mall, amd Costco was awesome. But the real key to her success was how hard you worked during our 1-1 sessions. Trust is everything with a service dog, and I’m honored to be a part of your journey with Haven!
