Kingdom For Dogs

Julia has been a Godsend for our now 1yo German Shepherd. She made so much progress when she first went to board and train with Julia… but then my husband and I got kind of lazy with keeping up with her training, so she got to go stay with Julia again:-)…..My dog, Xara, is so much better. I mean really. I can’t thank Julia enough for all her help and support.❤️ I would recommend her to anybody who needs to do a board and train with their dog, and I kind of think most people need that. Thank you, Julia! And by the way, I just noticed after typing all this that I am in my daughters account lol, but you know who I am. Also, everyone, Xara is Julia’s dog’s (Nala’s) sister!😍 I will post some pictures of the two of them on here. But yeah, Julia is a great trainer and I recommend her to anybody who’s having issues with their dogs, or just want to sort of straighten them up a little bit❤️.

I've been absolutely delighted with my decision to hire Julia to help train my first puppy, "Bunny"...and me! I've always treated my pets as family, so it was important to me to find a local trainer with not only professional experience & knowledge but a Trainer who is empathetic, understanding, and passionate about their occupation. Julia is the real deal. During our initial phone consultation, she genuinely listened to what immediate needs and goals I wanted from dog training, even offering some helpful, behaviorally-corrective tips I could use with Bunny leading up to our first session. A few days later, my 4-month-old Chihuahua/Shih Tzu mix (ChiTzu) Puppy and I met Julia at a mutually agreeable location for the first one-on-one training session. Julia was very communicative and punctual - having arrived before our scheduled appointment. After a brief meet & greet, we immediately proceeded with puppy training. Bunny was especially having issues with hyperactivity and not listening (easily distracted), but within 5-minutes, Julia somehow (magic?!) had my puppy's complete attention. By the end of the first hour, Bunny and I had learned and mastered several basic commands. I was amazed at the progress made in such a short time! Julia emphasized the importance of balancing Bunny's daily playtime with brief training exercises to maintain the progress of her obedience training. She even provided several "homework" assignments to ensure that Bunny and I kept a regular, disciplined routine of practicing and positively reinforcing good behavior while not rewarding bad behavior. We agreed to meet up for several other fun and productive sessions. Julia was very responsive to questions/concerns that I had in between our sessions, so I truly appreciate that she was there to help guide me! Bunny has since matured into a confident, sweet, yet still sassy 10-month-old who knows at least a dozen tricks and isn't afraid to show off - provided there's a tasty treat as a reward :-). After reflecting on our remarkable progress, I wholeheartedly endorse Julia for any Dog Training needs you might have!
