From the very first conversation with Conner to each training session, he is professional, reliable, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. With his knowledge and training, we were able to make fantastic progress with my very stubborn Dachsund baby, Lucy Grace, in just 5 training sessions! I was extremely impressed, considering how she was in the very beginning on the first visit. I also liked that Conner would answer all of my questions and was extremely thorough. Overall, I was very pleased with the program and would highly recommend Koda K-9 to anyone. It is absolutely worth the money!

I haven't actually been into the training facility here, however I did call to ask Conner some questions on if he thinks my dog needs training or help, and Conner was more than helpful and responsive with reflective listening. He also gave great advice on what to do to help my dog, even knowing that his training wouldn't necessarily be the right solution for her! Very happy with the service he provided!
