Thank you, Billie. We knew Buck and Bailey were going to be a challenge, but you completely transformed their behavior for the better. Bailey is like a completely different dog. She no longer barks at people or pulls on the leash. Now, she looks to us for guidance—I like to think she’s on her own little “mission impossible,” always checking in and waiting for direction. She never used to do that; it always felt like she was in control of us. You showed us what it should look like and how we, as owners, should respond. Her mindset has completely changed in just a week. Buck has also gained so much confidence. He used to be very skittish and unsure, but just a few days after picking them up, I brought them around people—and there was no barking, no jumping, none of the behaviors they used to struggle with. We understand it’s now our responsibility to continue the work you started, and we’re committed to doing that. You showed them love, structure, and how to work through both challenging and positive moments. I truly cannot recommend Billie enough for her hard work, dedication, and love for dogs. She went above and beyond—writing us detailed instructions to help both the dogs and us, and sending daily videos with explanations of their progress. We will absolutely be back for refresh sessions in the future. The level of trust our dogs have in you is unbelievable. It’s scary leaving your dogs at first, but it was 100% worth it. Having a 13 yo Doodle with quirky behaviors & high anxiety along with a newly acquired high energy poodle pup I knew I was going to need an expert to train, retrain and re-educate. Billie has been the perfect trainer. She has worked with both my furries in “one on one” training sessions as well as the “board and train” service. Her knowledge, training style and skill, personality and communication skills have resulted in a progressively calmer and happier household. Both the elder and the newbie have definitely fallen in love with Billie.
