My 2 yr old bloodhound, Emmeline and I had an amazing experience with Kate (Kathleen) Ellis from Koda’s Canine Academy. Bloodhounds (especially Emmeline!) are a challenging breed to engage and successfully train. From day one, Kate was able to get into Emmeline’s “head” and help her begin to gain control of her impulsive behaviors and reactivity to strange dogs. Kate understands the importance of “training” the owner as well as the dog. She was so helpful and supportive in helping me understand Emmeline’s behaviors and how to proceed to change them step by step. Billie is known as "the dog whisperer" in our house. Our boy, Walter, adores Billie. She treats him as one of her own. He gets so excited when I mention her name that I have to spell it unless he is going to see her. Billie is awesome and I highly recommend her for your training needs!
