Steph is the best!!! She is competent, reliable, and easy to get a long with. She loves her animals and loves her job, she doesn’t ever raise her voice in training sessions. She truly understands dogs! We have two dogs. One a one year old schnoodle that we still couldn’t potty train. Steph trained her quickly with that issue. The other, a husky mix that had aggression issues, it would bite people that try to enter the house. She controlled the situation easily, now he runs up to people, and licks them. We use Steph for boarding because she is the best! We had another trainer to address the aggression, and he just wanted to choke him. It is well worth the price! You will not worry with Steph!!!

We have been so pleased with Steph and KPro K9! Our chocolate Labrador Retriever, Teddy, is a very active, high-energy, goofy boy, and after not having a dog for many years, we quickly realized that we needed a refresher ourselves on raising and training a puppy! We chose KPro K9’s Board & Train – Elite Complete Package, which included three separate two-week Board & Train sessions as Teddy progressed through his training and advanced obedience. We are so pleased with how far he has come. He is now walking off-leash and doing a great job! What has meant the most to us, though, is that Steph didn’t just train Teddy—she took the time to train us, too. She worked with us in our home, at parks, and in public places so we could learn how to handle Teddy and reinforce his training in real-life situations. When we weren’t quite sure what to do, she made us feel comfortable asking questions, and we never felt like any question was a silly one. Her support also didn’t end when a training session was over. Steph would text between sessions to check on Teddy, see how things were going, and ask if we had any questions or were having any problems. That personal follow-up meant a lot to us, especially during those puppy and teenage-Labrador moments when we weren’t always sure whether we were doing things correctly! Steph has also boarded Teddy several times between his training sessions, so we’ve had the opportunity to know her not only as his trainer but as someone we completely trust with his care. And perhaps Teddy gives the best review of all—he absolutely loves her. When Steph comes to get him, Teddy is thrilled to see her and runs to get into her vehicle. There is something very reassuring about watching your dog be genuinely excited to go with the person you’re entrusting him to. Now that Teddy has completed his training, Steph will continue to board him when we travel. Knowing that we can leave him with someone we trust, who knows Teddy, understands his personality and training, and whom Teddy already loves gives us tremendous peace of mind. We are so grateful for Steph’s patience, encouragement, and the relationship she has built with Teddy—and with us. Steph has been a lifesaver. My 4 month old little guy, Disco, was of course a crazy man with no rules. My previous dog was already over a year old when I adopted him, so raising a young puppy has been a completely different experience (and definitely a learning curve for me). After just our very first session with Steph, I couldn't believe the difference. Prior to training, I couldn't get him to eat consistently and the potty training was still a big work in progress. After that first training session and Steph's suggestions - Disco is on a regular eating schedule and hasn't had any accidents! Steph is knowledgeable, encouraging, and always just a text or call away whenever I have a question. I've never been a schedule person, but she's helped me create routines and given me the confidence to transform this little wild man into the sweetest little gentleman.

Chris and Steph did an amazing job training Beignet, my 2 1/2 year old French Bulldog. He went from being a wild ball of anxiety to calmly resting in the midst of many distractions. He has mastered sit, down and stay in just two weeks. No more pulling on walks. He is loose leash walking like a pro. They took great care of him and even took him to the vet for an allergy flare up when I was out of town. They treated him like part of the family. I would highly recommend them!
