We had such a wonderful experience working with our trainer Bo. From the very beginning, the KrankyK9 team was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Training sessions were not only productive but also fun — they brought a great sense of humor and positivity that made the whole process feel much less stressful.
We came to them with two very different dogs — one who is 2½ years old and another who is 8 — and they handled both of their personalities and learning styles so well. They took the time to understand our dogs and gave us clear, practical guidance that actually works.
What meant the most to us is how much they helped us prepare our dogs for the arrival of our baby boy. They gave us helpful strategies, reassurance, and training techniques that made us feel confident about bringing our baby home to our dogs. It’s such a huge transition for a family, and their support made a big difference.
You can tell they truly care about the dogs and the families they work with. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We’re so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trainer who is both skilled and wonderful to work with!

I can’t thank Kranky K9 enough for all they did to care for our pup, Winnie! We first started coming to KK9 for training and it has been fantastic! They took our ‘run off at every chance’ dog to a ‘I’ll stay, right here, in the yard’ dog. The change in her behavior has been so cool to see.
We took an extended trip and left her at KK9 for boarding. About 10 days into the trip, she started getting sick-she had chewed up something that she shouldn’t have and started throwing up and having diarrhea. They called us and immediately began caring for her.
We were not able to come get her but they worked with our emergency contact. They kept us informed and we were able to feel confident that she was in good hands.
Their care for her was above and beyond our expectations! Thank you so, so much for loving on our pup.

This is one of the best places that I've taken my dogs. I know that they will be safe and well cared for whenever I need to be away from home. My dogs are excited to run in whenever we arrive, and are sad (but exhausted) when it's time to go home. The dogs get tons of play time and good rest time. I don't know that I could ask for a better place for my pups.

I had my dog Bonnie in for four private lessons, 1 hour for four weeks. The training concepts were clearly articulated and demonstrated, and I was able to practice the exercises at home easily and to great effect. Not too much at once, and I appreciated how Bo was able to switch gears for us and not use the vibrate collar. My dog is much better behaved and engaged with me, doesn't pull on leash on walks, which was what I was trying to correct.
Concepts to correct other behaviors (i.e. jumping on people) were explained and made sense with overall philosophy. I would highly recommend your dog training program to anyone.
