We sent our two dogs to Michael for a day of training with him. He provided video updates with training tips addressing each of our behavioral concerns, which has been helpful to revisit as we continue working with the dogs. He is good at assessing the personality and behavior of different dogs and tailoring that approach to suit their individual needs. At the end of the day, he spent an hour with us walking through the training and answering all of our questions. We have seen a considerable improvement in their behavior! I highly recommend Michael if you want to assess any concerns with your dog.

Michael is the absolute best! Within the first session, we saw drastic improvements with Oliver. Oliver was leash reactive, and extremely reactive with any new people. We've seen a massive behavior shift with Oliver after working with Michael for the better! Oliver gets so excited when he sees Michael, so we know he has a great time at training. I cannot recommend LA Dog Behaviorist enough for all training needs!

I can’t thank Michael enough for how much his methods have helped me in such a short period of time. My dog is people reactive and would lunge at people and bark at them if they were in too close proximity. I have been to multiple trainers in the past but still was having issues. It was to the point where I did not introduce my dog to any new people and would even cross the street if someone was coming our way. Michael uses different methods of training specific to the dog and knows nothing is a one size fits all. After working with him, I can now bring my dog in public again and even introduce him to children. Thanks so much, Michael!!!!

I can't recommend the LA Dog Behaviorist enough! I took my 3-year-old dog Ziggy to see Michael shortly after relocating to Glendale from Chicago. Ziggy is an Australian Cattle mix who was struggling with some territorial and aggressive tendencies toward other dogs. She would also bark at the door when neighbors would pass. From the first day Michael worked with Ziggy, I was amazed at how receptive she was to the training. Part of that I realized was my own behavior and ways I had been enabling some of her fearful behaviors. Michael also worked with us to develop a plan that worked for our budget. The free group leash walks he organized on Saturdays were so helpful. Ziggy's behavior on walks and when guests come over has improved so dramatically since working with Michael. I really can't thank him enough!
